What this service is

Sonoran Septic, operated by Compass Camper LLC, is a marketing and matching service. We connect homeowners with independent licensed septic contractors. We are not a licensed contractor, we do not perform septic work, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a contractor.

No professional relationship

Any contract for septic work is between you and the independent contractor you choose. We do not supervise, direct, or control their work, and we do not warrant it. Verify licence status with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors at roc.az.gov, and check insurance and references yourself, before signing anything.

Information on this site

We work from primary sources and cite them, and we date anything that can change. Even so, rules, county permit programs, fee schedules and prices all move, and the Arizona Administrative Code is amended from time to time. Nothing here is legal, engineering or real estate advice, and nothing here tells you whether your specific system complies. Confirm anything you are relying on with ADEQ, Maricopa County Environmental Services or Pinal County Environmental Health before you act on it.

This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from any work performed by a contractor you were matched with.
