Four details worth including

A one-line description is fine, but four details make the first conversation noticeably better, because they decide which contractor is the right one for the job:

• Your city or ZIP, which tells us whether Maricopa County or Pinal County governs the property.
• Why now. Selling, buying, a failing system or a new build are four different jobs.
